The PMI module was presented at the SciPy2009 conference in Pasadena, CA, USA. PMI 1.0 released

Today, PMI 1.0 was released.
PMI is available via this site, but it can also be downloaded from the Python Package Index at http://pypi.python.org/pypi/pmi/1.0 or via the Python-tools pip or easy_install.

ESPResSo++ at FOMMS 2009

The ESPResSo++ project will be presented at the Foundations of Molecular Modeling and Simulation (FOMMS) conference in Blaine, WA USA on July 12-16, 2009.

PBCTools release 2.5

PBCTools 2.5 has been released. The release is intended to be included into VMD 1.8.7 and has the following changes: * Improved performance of pbc join. * Automatically generate HTML docs from the LaTeX docs. * A number of bugfixes.

PBCTools release 2.4

Version 2.4 of PBCTools were released. The new release mostly addresses issues connected to the move of the pbctools to the gforge server. The documentation has been translated from HTML to LaTeX. Please download the new release at: http://www.espresso-pp.de/frs/?group_id=11

VMD PBC tools deposited on this server

The plugin pbctools, that allows to handle periodic boundary conditions (PBC) in the visualization software VMD (http://www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/), has been desposited on the ESPResSo++ gforge server.
